Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT)

Paradise Canyon Eye Care also offers Equinox Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT). Developed by NASA, LLLT has proven effective at treating dry eye disease. LLLT uses specially designed LED lights to gently warm up the eyelids, causing the meibomian glands to unclog and release oils. This can be used by itself or in conjunction with Envision’s Lumecca-i and Forma-i to potentially deliver the greatest treatment modality and best therapeutic results.
