Dr. Fife

Dr. Fife is one of our amazing Doctors; he enjoys his early morning runs, his goal this year is to run 1000 miles. He loves making an impact in the community and helping his patients in a positive way. He also loves spending time at home with his family.

Dr. Susie Duyen Le

Dr. Le was born in Vietnam, grew up in France and moved to California when she was 17. After receiving her OD degree from SCCO in 2003, Dr. Le practiced in tiny Bakersfield for 4 years until her now husband Kent saved her from certain spinsterhood and brought her to the big city- Las
Vegas! They spent 13 happy years there with their furry kids until lost wages became too big and busy for them. They settled in beautiful Ivins in 2022 and have been enjoying its slower paced semi-country life immensely. Dr. Le loves traveling and baking- she uses her family, friends and coworkers as guinea pigs to develop new recipes. Dr. Le delights in caring for her patients, but if she were not an optometrist, Dr. Le would own a bakery, which she would named <Susie's Sweet Shop-baked with love, shared with joy>.

Dr. Blake

Dr. Blake was born and raised in Richfield, Utah. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Southern Utah University in 2012 and his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis,
Tennessee in 2016. He has a passion for treating patients with all kinds of binocular vision problems including eye turns, amblyopia (lazy eye), and binocular vision dysfunction. While not seeing patients, You will likely find Dr. Blake spending time with his wife, Kami, and their 3 children, Ellie, Parker, & Hadley. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, camping, golf, rowing, woodworking and DIY projects.

Theresa

Theresa is our Office Manager; She loves supporting her 6 boys and 1 girl in their many activities. She enjoys hiking, camping, playing games and spending time with her family.

Jennifer

Jennifer is our Marketing Director; she is CPO Certified and has 9+ years experience in optometry. She loves spending time with her husband Randon and her 2 daughters Rilynn & Ainsley.

Tami

Tami is one of our opticians she is super sweet and has a happy soul. To say she has a passion for life would be an understatement. She was born and raised in Hawaii and moved here 9 years ago. In her free time, she loves being a mother to her 9 kids and 2 grandchildren.

Dawnalyn

Dawnalyn is one of our Front Desk girls; She is a mother of 6, her family has lived in St. George for 18 yrs and loves it here. She loves to read and travel.

Cheyenne

Cheyenne is one of our Medical Techs; She loves spending time with her 2 kids & loving husband. Her Family enjoys art parties, walks and playing video games together.

Angel

Angel is our Optical Team Lead; She loves to hike and explore St. George with her husband and kids. She is shy, sweet, observant and loves learning new things.​​​​​​​

Ben

Ben is one of our Opticians; He is the only boy of his 5 siblings. He really enjoys going to car shows and hanging out with his family.

Cassie

Cassie is one of our Opticians; She has recently relocated to Southern Utah. In her free time she enjoys lake days, glamping, four wheeling and going on walks with her 3 sons.

Rylie

Rylie is our Medical Techs Team Lead; She loves to hike with her dog and tends to her houseplant garden. She enjoys night drives and loud music. Her weekends are mostly spent in Kolob at her cabin.

Sophie

Sophie is one of our Medical Techs; She is a pre-optometry student at Utah Tech studying Chemistry. She loves to read, bake, run, and spend time with her family.

Kylee

Kylee is one of our Medical Techs; She loves spending time with her boyfriend and pup Duke. Her weekend plans include lake days, camping and razor riding with her family.

Sam

Sam is one of our Medical Techs; She went to culinary school and loves baking. She recently got married and loves spending time with her husband and 3 dogs.

Sara

Sara is one of our Techs; She is from a small town in NV and has served in the U.S. Army as a combat medic. She is recently engaged to her Fiance Cole.

Cecilya

Cecilya is one of our Front Desk girls; She loves spending time with her family, reading, bowling and traveling.

Susanna

Susanna is one of our Medical Techs; She is a lifelong lover of books, music, baking and beaches. She comes from a big family with 3 sisters and 1 brother.

Melissa

Melissa is our Front Desk Team Lead; She has 3 Kids and recently moved here from Idaho. She enjoys camping, reading, board games and hanging with family.

Amanda

Amanda is one of our Front Desk girls; She loves the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family/grandkids.

She lives each day as a new day with a new adventure.
